Hey, so I’ve created the main departments menu, added categories, and created static content pages and added them as subs for my categories in the departments menu. They appear on the front end as seen in pictures, however, when I’m adding a new product, I can only see main categories, and not subs (the static content I added). What am I missing here?

The first pic is my mega menu on the website itself, the second pic is from the Menu option, where I added the categories to the menu and static content as subs, and the 3rd pic is from the Add New Products, the part where I have to pick the category to place it.

    Hi there,

It’s important to note that subcategories are created under Products > Categories – the menu structure alone wouldn’t create a sub-category automatically as that *only* influences the menu.

Can you share a screenshot of your product categories found under **Products > Categories**?

That’s actually it, can’t believe I didn’t realize that. Thanks!
