Subcatagories not displaying

    Hi,

    I have woocommerce inbeded in a custom theme, and it is working and looking great, the only issue i am now finding is my subcatagories are not working and I wondered if anyone can help. I have looked around on some sites and their solutions have not worked (I.e adding this to the function.php – add_theme_support( ‘woocommerce’ );).
    I have a setup where i have a main catagory, then a subcatagory which then has the products in, but the subcatory doesn’t work, so it goes straight from the catagory to the products.

    I am running the current version 4.0.1 of Woocommerce, so if anyone can help, that would be great.

    I have a setup where i have a main catagory, then a subcatagory which then has the products in, but the subcatory doesn’t work, so it goes straight from the catagory to the products.

    You’ll want to check what are your settings for the Category Display. You can review those in the customizer of your site.

    Go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog</strong. Make sure it is set to Show subcategories and not Show products:

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    I have this all setup and it still only shows the main catagories, then goes into the products, showing none of the subcatagories at all. And i have them set as subcatagories too.

    @kwood1985 If you temporarily change your theme to Storefront, do the subcategories work?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help, but i have started createing a new shop through better design format, which is now working fine.
