Sub-pages not working on mobile

I’m noticing that while on a mobile interface such as an iPad or an iPhone, links are not dropping down like they do on the desktop version of the theme. I use the theme for our website https://braehawktech.com and I would like to know how to enable sub page links to appear when a user taps on one of the links in the menu.
