Sub-pages not showing name in browser address bar

    This it the site I built https://www.steviemacnewyork.com. If you click around you’ll notice that the address at the top never changes to reflect the current page name you are on (ex: https://www.steviemacnewyork.com/about for the about page). I changed the permalink settings, and followed a few post on this site. The issue is still there. If I refresh on any page, I will be directed to the home page, no mater what page I’m on.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance

  • There’s a very simple reason for this. You’re using an iframe – they do not influence the address bar in any way.

    I used it for the music my customer insisted on having. If I remove it, I’m assuming from your comment, that that will resolve it?

    As long as the content that the iframe is pulling is actually hosted on the same domain, server etc. Yes, it should do.

    Ok, thanks. Would that also explain the | after Stevie Mac New York on the home page title tab? It reads “Stevie Mac New York |” instead of just “Stevie Mac New York”.
