Sub pages all appear on parent page

I am taking over a website from another person and cannot figure out why all of the child pages don’t show up as separate pages, they all appear as separate sections on the parent page, making each page a very long scroll to see all the content.

I cannot seem to find the setting to make these child pages appear as their own pages. Any help is very appreciated!
