    Hello.
    We use wc-marketplace for a multivendor marketplace.
    The thing is that every order have suborders (so in case a client orders from multiple vendors they see sub orders and all under main order)

    The problem:
    When we have an order #1001 with 2 sub orders #1002 and #1003 we create tracking for the sub orders and the client receive their email – all good. When we change the status of the main order to completed (shipped) the client receive again the shipping order email. Can we change that?

    wc-marketplace.com it is free
    (i use a paid extension for the frontend management but it dont have to do with this so you can see what i mean in free version)

    Also after update when an order have a suborder and mark the suborder as shipped (with the track number) the client receives 2 email
    one for the suborder and one for the order.

    Hi @tiligadis,

    We checked this plugin with installing in our development site and it works fine. We are not sending completed order email we just change order stats to completed the main order when you marked the order as shipped.

    So when a new order is made with two suborders when you send to first suborder tracking number and mark as shipped one email go to client.

    When you make the same for the second suborder another mail go to client. So far good.

    When you change status to parent order as shipped (completed) the client again receives an extra email. Which shouldn’t

    We checked this scenario and its working fine. We are not sending shipped(completed) email we just attached tracking info in the shipped(completed) email.
