I am using the Advanced Access Manager to limit menu options for editors. I have checked the settings on AAM and verified that no restrictive box is checked for editor users in the menu item. For the ithemes plugin Display Buddy, the main menu shows up and goes to it’s ‘getting started’ page, but the sub-menus for carousel, slide show, and rotating images do not appear when logged in as an editor. Another strange thing is that these sub-menus do appear for the admin, but they show up under the main Display Buddy menu, and do not fly-out to the right like the other menus above the dividing line.

As I patiently await your input, I am searching the documentation for AAM.
