I have my mega menu configured. My site also has wpForo forums. The menu bar for the forums has a search icon that is always on top of the sub menu generated by MegaMenu.

I have searched the forums here and found info on z-index. No success so far, but I am not sure where I would have to apply this in my CSS. Any suggestions?

unfortunatley, my site is not on the internet (internal network). Would a screenshot suffice?

    Hi canada,

Sorry, but no. I would need to inspect the page HTML and CSS using developer tools in my own browser.

As a tip, rather than look at the menu z-index, inspect the z-index of the search icon and see if you can reduce it so that it goes below the menu.

This worked, I used developer mode to look at page. They had their z-index set to 10 (not sure why). I reduced it one at a time until it disappeared, and updated their css file with the new value. Works perfectly now.

    Thanks!
