Sub-menu popping out some way under navigation menu

you have absolutely positioned the Menu – so it no longer respects or effects the height of the site header. Set your Menu Item Height to match the height of your Site Header, which is: 89px

Have done so and that works thank you but the primary nav menu has shot up a bit.
Is there a way to bring it back down a tad without effecting the sub menu distance from bottom of header?

Can you try using the same top and bottom header padding?

Then match your menu item height with the header again.

Don’t quite follow…so say header padding top is 50, bottom is 50, then menu item height should be 100?

Is that 50 from a center horizontal line in header or from top of logo (which was 100 sq and has been adjusted) and 50 from bottom of logo?

I have absolutely positioned the menu somehow but I don’t see an absolute position box under layout – header or layout – primary navigation which would perhaps not contort the sub menu distance from bottom of header if it were not absolute.

Are you using CSS or the customizer option to set the header padding?

Can you set them to be the same first?

The custom option. I tried various equal top and bottom measurements as prescribed above but for the nav positioning and logo, sub menu will not sit flush with header bottom

So are you using GP premium for both the header padding and menu item height option?

If so can you actually open a support topic in our premium forum as we aren’t allowed to support the premium options in the free forum here – it’s a WordPress rule.
