sub menu on ipad not working

Hi, I can’t seen any other threads on this issue for this theme but assume I can’t be the only one with this problem. Website sub menus do not seem to activate/drop down on ipad at all or android tablet in landscape mode (seems to work in portrait, looks to go into mobile format). Can anyone offer any help/fixes for this issue.
