Sub Menu Not Displaying

    I’m working with a client who had a custom theme designed (Starkers framework) about a year ago.

    The theme does not seem to support sub menus, and I’m seeking a method to implement theme. Any suggestions are appreciated. When I add a sub menu item through the menu management system, it displays in line and is garbled.
