• On this site, if you’re logged in, there’s a “My Profile” menu. “My Info”, “My Privacy” and “Get Verified” are actual sub-menu items that are set to hide for non-logged in users. When I log out, I see them to the right on the nav bar.

Using WP Astra (child theme), but not using anything that would adjust or manipulate the menu settings/configs.

All plugins, theme and core WP are current (no updates).

    Any guidance is appreciated!

  • Just a heads up that I changed plugins, which is now working. I’m not going to close this issue, since it probably should still be addressed.

    Thanks!

I cannot reproduce this with an Astra child theme… with either the parent item set to “show if logged in” OR “hide if logged out”. Without any additional information on how to reproduce, I have to assume it’s a code conflict on your site so I am closing.

If anyone else is experiencing this issue, please 1. test a default theme. 2. test disabling other plugins and 3. report the exact steps to reproduce.
