    Hi rtarson,

Please provide a URL so I can check – it’s probably a conflict with another plugin that uses JavaScript or something similar.

If you provide the URL I can take a quick look and see if I can see anything obvious.

    All the best

I noticed it only works when I select “Fixed Button” option for opening and closing of the menu.

    Hi there,

Do you have the latest version installed as this was an error in older versions that was fixed, but that was quite a while ago.

It is likely there is a conflict somewhere in your theme or other javascript files that are fighting eachother for control.

Maybe you can speak to a specific JS or your own web developer for the site to see if they can find the cause.

    All the best
