Sub Menu is not displaying on Mobile

    The submenu items are not displayed on mobile devices. However, they can display on my pc when I transform the browser into mobile mode.
    But it cannot display on my mobile phone readme 9s/ The issue is on all pages

    Also on pc, the down arrows go away upon the completion of loading the page. I would like them to stay as a sign for submenu items.
