    My drop down arrow in my header for the sub-menu is not displaying as an arrow – but as a weird character.
    However, when I look at the Live Preview from the themes page, the arrow is displaying.
    Image of how it looks on my PC here

    However, what is totally weird is that when I look at it on my Surface Pro the arrows are there!

    I am using Neve theme – on 3 sites and it is just this one that is odd.
    However, this is hosted by GoDaddy – the othe 2 are on Siteground.

    I am totally befuddled! Any help gratefully accepted.

    Hello @rodagolf

    I have visited the website link provided and the submenu arrows are looking fine.

    Here is the screenshot – https://a.cl.ly/eDuP7pPb

    Could you please go to Dashboard > Elementor > Settings > Advanced Tab > Load Font Awesome 4 Support, select ‘Yes’ for the load font awesome support and Save the settings.

    Please refer to the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NuA0wzm

    This should resolve the issue. Let me know how it goes.

    Have a nice day!

    Regards,
    Rahul.

    Many thanks for your reply.
    I already had Support for Awesome v4 ticked.
    I should have posted that I managed to fix the problem – that’s why you can now see the drop-down arrows.
    I discovered that the problem did not really originate with the EHFB plugin – but was manifesting itself in there. Somehow a piece of code had been added into my Custom CSS and was overwriting the use of Font Awesome 5 – Namely this

    .fa {
    font-family: FontAwesome;
    }

    I have no idea how this got into my Custom CSS as I don’t think I put it there as EHFB has been working fine until Saturday!
    All I can think of is that a new plugin I installed must have done this.

    Worth remembering if someone else experiences the same issue.

    Thanks for your help.
