Sub menu/drop down menu not working

    Need assistance with my drop down menu. It seems to be working on mobile just fine, but on the desktop it not working on the desktop. It hovers incorrectly. I am unable to click on the the drop down menu. It glitches. Please advise. I have tried several options such us disabling the cache and css.
