sub menu default to open

For desktop version of site (I am using hosting with Hostinger and have been using the Elementor plugin — basic not pro):

How do I make the submenu in my navigation bar default to being open all the time rather than having to hover or click on the menu to open it?

Preferably this would still have a hierarchy of elements, something like this:
