why is my “Product Complaint Form” not showing up under “Contact Us” as a sub item even though thats what I set it to?

Hi,
That’s happening because there you are using the Secondary Menu, which is a single-level menu. Dropdown menus can’t be used with this component as mentioned here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1237-secondary-menu
