Sub-Folders / ARQ Exclude, Copy Question

  • The structure of my websites is shown below. I use Ithemes Backupbuddy to do full site backups. When backing up website1 it allows me to exclude website2, website3 etc. folders since they are other websites (each has its own admin login).

    If I set up ARQ on Website1 is it possible to exclude /website2 and /website3 folders from BOTH the monitoring AND root copy?
    If not is there a problem with installing BP Pro and leaving ARQ turned off?

    /wp-content
    /wp-includes
    /website2 (www.website2.com)
    /wp-admin
    /wp-content
    /wp-includes
    /website3 (www.website3.com)
    /wp-admin

    Sorry my indentations disappeared when I posted. Website2 and Website3 are folders within the root of website1.
