Sub-domains only go to my main domain

  • After I updated to one of the recent new versions, (maybe about 6 mo or more ago,) all my sub-domains now only forward to my main domain.

    Additionally, after I edit a sub-domain and click on “Preview” or “View page” it either goes to an error page: “domain not found” or back to my main domain. Can I fix this? If so, how? Thanks for your thoughts!

  • I would start by reviewing .htaccess and ensure DNS A wildcard is setup properly.

    Then goto Network > Updates > Upgrade Network.

    If the above are all good and the issue persists then more info is needed.
