sub domain not working with mapped site

I am using wordpress-mu-domain-mapping plugin with multi site subdomain works fine when we use https://www.xyz.com or abc.xyz.com I am creating site like folder structure for example xyz.com/de this also work with https://www.xyz.com/de and abc.xyz.com/de but when I am mapping https://www.xyz.com/de with some domain https://www.pqr.com works fine but abc.pqr.com not working.

Can any one help me?
