Sub domain and two themes?

I was wondering if it was possible to setup a sub domain for a wordpress website linking in another wordpress website?
For example having a gallery website with photos – https://www.gallery.co.uk
and then adding a different eccomerce theme for the shop – https://www.gallery.store.co.uk
