Sub directory install doesn't work

My site is installed in a sub directory but displays on the root domain.
WordPress Address (URL): https://www.domain.com/sub-directory
Site Address (URL): https://www.domain.comThe app doesn’t recognise the plugin if I enter the site URL as it requests but does if I use the WordPress address.
The only issue then is that it takes screenshots of https://www.domain.com/sub-directory/ rather than the root domain and only returns a screenshot of the 404 error page. I can’t add other pages to be used as the entry boxes are prefixed with /sub-directory/
