Sub-Category does not sorting properly… Still…

  • I reported the sub-category sorting issue earlier, and I was informed that the bug will be fixed by coming update.

    However, I just updated to 1.5.0.2 two days ago, and found the problem persists so I gotta re-open a ticket here.

    Hello @lankyfung,

    Please check that Deprecated Filters add-on disabled, because with this add-on old filters will be used.

    I had already disabled Deprecated Filters. Rebuilt the category filter.

    Filter By: Product Category
    Values Order: Alpha
    Values Order: Ascending

    Display hierarchical, disabled minimization option
    Operator: OR

    Not sure what’s going wrong…

    Hello @lankyfung,

    Please check is it displayed with same sorting on category page in admin area. Also try to sort it.

    Checked at admin panel, the product categories sorting is normal.
    Can this issue replicated at your side?

    Hello @lankyfung,

    Plugin uses default get_terms function sorting, but maybe you have some plugin or some code in your theme, that change categories sorting, then it can change sorting also for our plugin.
