Sub-Categories showing as Parent Categories

  • Hi there,

    Is there a way to have the sub-categories hidden until the parent category is chosen?

    Right now both the parent category and sub-category show on the main Index page.

    For example Parent Category is South Africa, and sub-category is Johannesburg, but both appear on the main index page at the moment.
