Sub Cat and sub sub cats etc

Hi,
Am creating a website where i have around 30 main categories.
Each category has sub and sub cats etc.
Rather then type this out numerous times repeating myself, can i copy one set of sub cats etc in the categories. All sub cats etc are the same with no variations. The only thing that would change is each main category name.
