    Hello,
I’ve installed the latest Pro version. I’m using Genesis with a Studiopress Child theme. However, it seems there is some styling nor but no templates. It’s using the basic theme template so no real useful styling like in the demo examples.

    What am I doing wrong?
    Thanks,
    Isaac

  • Hi, @iterentius!

Thank you for posting about this problem!

Could you please post the link to the page where you have published Team WD? We will check the styling issue and try to provide a solution ASAP.

    Thanks! Have a good day!

Unfortunately, this site is behind a firewall, which of course makes normal support next to impossible. However, my setup isn’t very complex. It’s mainly Genesis Framework and one of their childthemes. https://www.studiopress.com

Actually, I moved to a bit of a different solution which is working and fits my needs a bit better, so though you may want to check out a genesis install with it, I think I’m past the need for support at the moment.

    Hi, @iterentius!

Thank you for the info! Our development team has tested with an older version of Genesis framework, but Team WD appeared correctly.

So we guess there have been some changes in the framework, which affected Team WD styles. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to newest Genesis version.

But if you could set up an online test site with Genesis framework and Studiopress Child theme, that would be wonderful. We will check the problem with team styles there.

    Thanks a lot!
