• The guys in marketing want to remove the new user login link from the bottom of the Restricted post (or page) form so that we can have the link in the advisory line that displays above the login/registration form

While adding the link into the top verbiage is a no-brainer, I have no clue as to how to remove that bottom link, since I’m strictly a front end guy and have no knowledge of the back end stuff.

How can I accomplish this? Can it even be done?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

It would also be nice to put some space between “Remember Me” and that rather hideous login button which I’d really like to restyle (if I only knew where to get that done.)

You site doesn’t appear to be loading a stylesheet for the plugin, so “that rather hideous login button” is entirely from your theme. (Incidentally, your theme styles indiscriminately set all HTML label tags as display:block; which is why the checkbox and the “remember me” label are not aligned.)

The new user register link in the login form is generated based on the plugin’s “Pages” settings. If you don’t want the link, unset the value for the Register page in this setting (located in the plugin’s main Options tab).
