Styling the calendar view — responsiveness

just to confirm, is this using the wp fullcalendar or EM default full calendar ?

Apologies — I’m not sure of the difference between the two.

Here is a screenshot of the “full calendar” on my phone — notice how the event title appears.

Here is another screenshot, showing both styles of calendar widget, as they appear on my phone. I’d like if the “full calendar” looked like the top widget on small mobile screens, such that only the date is a link, and the event titles do not appear.

You’d need to do some custom coding to show different views / content listings depending on browser size. A common way to do it is with media queries:
