Styling paragraph format

I am not able to add FORMAT plugin to my CKEditor. (With this method)
I need it to add class to div element selected form “Paragraph format” dropdown.
Could I assign a class for div without a plugin, maybe by adding something to the CKEDITOR.config.format_div={element:”div”} line in ckeditor.sj file?
