Styling not applied to blocks in Astra Custom Layouts

Editor styling applied to GenerateBlocks is not loading on the frontend when blocks are used inside an Astra custom layout. It’s not that it’s being overridden by Astra styles, it’s that the GB styles aren’t being loaded at all when inside a Custom Layout (normal pages are fine).
