Ive set up my shop and set a product (blue bottle) to 0 stock to see if it displays as ‘out of stock’ and its working fine on the /shop page located here ->https://www.sweethappy.co.uk/product-category/drinks/

But, when I create a bespoke page and add a block of the products it doesn’t include the same styling thats been applied to the products on /shop or shows that a product (blue bottle) is out of stock which you can see here -> https://www.sweethappy.co.uk/drinks/

Is there something within woo-commerce that I should be changing that will apply the same styling and the ‘out of stock’ overlay to besposke pages I have created, if something is out of stock.

  • Hi @gezzamondo!

It sounds like this could be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

To be sure of this, please perform a full conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi

I tried changing to the default theme and deactivating plugins.

The product still wasnt showing that the product was out of stock even though it the homepage and /shop it does

When creating a new page in WP do i need to add anything to the page so it knows to pull thats specific styling?

    Hi!

When creating a new page in WP do i need to add anything to the page so it knows to pull thats specific styling?

The default styling of your store comes from the theme you are using, which seems to be the Flatsome theme.

Could you please elaborate on how are you adding the block in question? Are you using a Flatsome block? Or is it a widget or a Gutenberg WooCommerce block?

Feel free to provide screenshots to showcase the issue better. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Ive just worked out the issue

When creating pages I was adding the product content by adding blocks using the + on the visual editor

When I deleted everything and added the product contents again through the UX builder it seemed to work
