Styling issues (spaces/decimals/currency formatting)

Hi,
I have the following styling issues:

1. Change how dates are displayed

Example as is now: 11 Juli 2021

Desired outcome: 11. Juli 2021
(day / period / space / month / space / year)

2. Change how currency is formatted
Example as is now: €1365

Desired outcome: € 1.365,00 (European)

3. Curreny symbol and spaces
Example as is now: (+€10/Nacht)

3. Border lines not consistent

Desired outcome is of course that the border line stays consistent.

Can you please advise on how to proceed to get to desired outcome. They should also reflect the outcome in emails and not only front end.
