I’ve the same issue when I updated the plugin to v1.36.1. But when I go through this forum, you mentioned to update the plugin to the latest (v1.36.3) and it’ll be fixed, but it’s the same way before.

Please provide a better solution to solve this issue.

The issue still exisits, however I have noticed something weird, i am currently using 1.3.6.3, the issue only occur when accessing the form while logged in, but when visitor access the site without any existing cookies, everything displays correctly, as seen by @wpmudevsupport16.

It could still be due to caching, as the website may generate a different cache version when you are logged in, depending on your cache plugin, please ensure all plugin and hosting caches are cleared.

I can’t replicate the issue using version 1.36.3 even when I logged in the phone flags are loading correctly.

@prabinm Please try opening the form in incognito or a private tab, after updating the form to v1.36.3 your browser or plugins may cache the form CSS files which could be why you are still seeing the issue.

If you still have issues after trying the suggestion please create a new thread for yourself so we can help you further.

The issue still exists, I have disabled the caching plugin, however I couldn’t identify the cause of this issue. Note that I had the same issue in another website, but I managed to downgrade to version 1.36.2 and this solve the issue. However this did not work when switching the version to 1.36.2 in this site: https://es.smoalmosafer.com/test/
