Hi there, first of all, I am enjoying this plugin. It seems much more all-in-one, especially with the breakdown of consent for users.

However I have one issue. The pop-up that comes when you activate and see the Privacy Page in the pop-up, has a white background and for some reason only some of the text I can see.

Can this be configured to be a dark (er) background?

I can’t show a screenshot as I can’t get the site to reshow the initial consent on revisiting the site for the first time since changes.

Just wondering if you have seen this before or know what I need to do to make sure this works properly.

    Thanks in advance

Can you share a link with me so I can see?

My client is high profile. I do not wish to share the URL on a public forum. Is there another way to send you it Fernando?

Sorry, not trying to be unhelpful, just protecting my clients site

    I completely understand @emmageddon.

You can send it to [email protected]

Hi there, just an update on this.

Is there a way to change the background of this pop-up (You know when logged in users visit the site, after first implantation of the plugin, the site is covered from view until people accept or decline the new privacy policies etc.

I looked in the CSS but it’s all showing condensed so making it hard to see the specific background-colur code.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated as the white background for this feature does not work for me.

It may be worth asking if the CSS in the settings can be set to recognise the site CSS for things like this. ??

This screen has been discontinued since v2.0
We now display a less aggressive notification bar. Similar to the other one.

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for letting me know @fclaussen – just updating my clients sites now to the updated plugin. ??

So just updated the plugin on one client site but noticed with the “Some of our policies have been updated” banner, the link is given to the Terms and Conditions Page and I would rather it showed our Cookie and Privacy Policy page, or both links as my Cookie and Privacy Policy page is where all our GDPR info is.

Am I doing something wrong? Thanks as always for your help @fclaussen

It will link back to the policy page that was set in the consent setting.

Hi @fclaussen, I have both the policy pages for Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions going to their proper pages but that bar is only showing Terms and Conditions and I would prefer it was to Privacy Policy as that is where people can see our policy, the cookies we have and see their Privacy Preferences.

The reconsent bar will only display the policies that were updated and that you need reconsent.

What’s the point of showing policy A if I updated and asking a new consent for policy B?

Unfortunately it’s happening even if I don’t make changes to Terms and Conditions…

I’m sure it will be figured out. ??
