Styling for Quiz Emails

    Hi team,

    Firstly I would like to say thank you for integrating the lead form for the quizzes. It really helps to reduce 1 plugin from the website.

    Issue 1:
    The question and answers in the email are displayed in a 2 level list format 

    <ul>
<li><ul><li></li> <li></li></ul></li>
<li><ul><li></li> <li></li></ul></li>
</ul>

    The formatting display 2 types of bullets and also difficult to read as there is no space below the li.

    Is there a way I can add styling to the shortcode {quiz_answer} to make it look better ?

    Issue 2:
    In the email subject, if I add the shortcode {quiz_result} it renders as Correct Answers : 9Total Question Answered : 15

    Is there a way I just display 9/15 {Correct Answers / Total Number of Questions}

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    Changing subject to include only the number of correct answers/total questions without the text is not currently possible “out of the box” as well as there’s no option to directly configure style of the message.

    I’ve asked our developers if there’s any workaround for this, though. Please keep an eye on this ticket and either I or one of my colleagues will update you here again once we get more information from them.

    Thank you for your response.

    On the Result page, it is perfectly displayed as number of correct answers/total questions. Can that not be coverted into a shortcode of something.

    More than the style of the message, I am concern about the double circles getting displayed.

    Please do update this ticket whenever you have more information.

    Thanks for response!

    I got an update from our developers and I’m afraid I don’t really have any workaround for it for now.

    The styling part – we already have an improvement planned for the plugin to allow custom templates/customization so that would solve the issue in a long-run. It will be implemented with one of future version.

    As for the answers/questions numbers, it also needs changes in plugin so it would also come in future with one of future updates.

    I don’t have an ETA on these changes, though. Our developers have already quite a long list of improvements and new features planned that will be gradually added to the plugin over time.

    Thanks for your reply Adam.

    Hope they can fix the email styling soon as it looks a bit wired.
