Styling “Fancy 2” download blocks

I reverted to fancy 1.

But for some reason my button colour settings are not being respected? Hard to see.

Thank you. I have managed to make some tweaks.

I also realise now that the download button was the equivalent of “disabled” because the T & C was not ticked. Doh!
