Hi. I wan’t to style email with html. It was possible in very early version (or at least that plugin from few years ago was very similiar). Anyway, now i’m using email customizer instead and it works fine except it doesn’t execude shortcodes. It’s reading data from wp_postmeta, is there any chance to post in this table?

    Hello there,

    Good Day!

We’re not sure which email customizer plugin you’re using. Could you please share a screenshot of the problem you’re encountering? We map the shortcode from post meta details only. If you can tell us which email customizer plugin you’re using, we will check for the feasibility of supporting it in upcoming versions.

    Thanks.

Hello! I’m using yaymail email customizer. In order to use shortcode (for example, if I want to use subscribed product name in the email content), it has to be stored in wp_postmeta.

    Hi,

In their documentation, they mentioned that it is compatible with our Back In Stock Notifier Plugin. Therefore, please contact their plugin support for further assistance.

    Thanks.
