styling: can’t change font weight

  • Hi I’e just been in to change font weight, I’ve tried changing it from strong to meduim then I tried 300 but the font weight wont change for some reason. I’ve refreshed it too.

    Can you help please?

    Also what CSS would I need to add to wrap speech marks around individual testimonials instead of big ones at the top please?
