stylesheet Select

If you were using one of the packaged stylesheets other than the default, you can still use those as they have not been removed from the plugin. The upgrade process should maintain this setting. However, it if did not, you can enter the direct path to the stylesheet, which will be found in wp-members/assets/css/forms/. The input value would be similar to the following:

https://mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-members/assets/css/forms/generic-no-float.min.css

The reason for the change was that the vast majority of users either use the default stylesheet or a completely custom stylesheet.

Note that you do not need to start from scratch to customize styles. You can use the WordPress Customizer as well. See: Using the WordPress Customizer
