Stylesheet missing

Since the shortcodes weren’t rendered properly, I checked the source code with Chrome DevTools and found out that none of the stylesheets provided by Shortcodes Ultimate are included.
After manually including the missing lines of css, it all looked nice and fine again. Of course, that’s just a hack and not a good solution to the problem.
Otherwise the shortcodes are perfectly converted to html, so there’s no problem in the core.
Any idea where to look for the error?
FYI: I have reinstalled the plugin already, just to be sure, as well as deactivated all other plugins to check for conflicts.
