Stylesheet does not appear when not logged in

  • Hello,
    I am using my calendar and I am using this shortcode within a page, but the stylesheet only load when I am logged in as admin.
    [my_calendar category=”10,4,9,11″ format=”calendar” time=”month” above=”nav,toggle,jump,timeframe” below=”key”]
    The page request related css files when not logged in as it can be seen in the Network tab of developer tool.
    Could you please help me what may be the issue?
