stylesheet contains no or an invalid theme header

Goodday,

I’m trying to install a web template from w3layouts.com and I get the same error every time!! The first one was that wordpress couldn’t find the style.css file.
The theme is missing the style.css </ code> stylesheet.

So I moved it to the main folder (like I found here on the forum) and the I get this:
The package can not be installed. Style.css </ code> stylesheet contains no or an invalid theme header.

I’ve looked in the style.css to the code but I can’t find what’s wrong.
When I put the file true FTP online, the website works: https://test.facetofeet.nl/
But my customer want’s to change the website herself so it’s really necessary to get it installed on wordpress!!!
