The ‘styles_compiled’ meta does not get updated when importing a new version of an existing template.

    2. It seems you must press update while the style for the template are shown. Simply pressing update while the template is showing does not update it.

Of course, this results in pages being displayed with the old styles instead of the ones shown in the forms.

    My version:

    Plugin: Loops & Logic 2.4.4
    Plugin framework: 20220421.0 in tangible-loops-and-logic/vendor/tangible/plugin-framework
    Dependencies: None
    Theme: Divi 4.17.4
    Environment: WordPress 5.9.3 PHP 7.4.30

Hello, thank you for the issue report.

That does sound like a bug, the import action is not updating the styles_compiled field when there’s an existing template.

OK, I’ll comment back here when it’s solved. The next plugin version should be released in the next week or so.

In the meantime, I suppose a workaround is to edit each overwritten template and save it to refresh the styles field.

Just editing the template and saving is not enough. You have to be on the Styles tab when you press update!
