Styles / URL not working in image editor

    I just upgraded to 3.5.1 and noticed that my TinyMCE plugin (3.4.9) is not totally working. I was testing things out prior to training a client in on the control panel and noticed that when I embed an image, click on it, and then click the TinyMCE image icon, a few things are not working:

    • Image URL is blank — usually this is populated automatically by the selected image
    • Class dropdown is empty — usually this pulls in the styles in editor-styles.css. Note: these styles DO show up in the TinyMCE style dropdown, just not in the Insert/Edit Image popup. Other body styles and such ARE working in the editor.
