    I embedded my chat at the design is ok, when I’m on mobile my design is completely lost

    Hi Joel
    The chat design is completely different for Mobile due to the nature of mobile screens and logic.
    It is easy to change by adding CSS code for Mobile browsers at “Setting > Design > Visual Design > Advance CSS Design” “Add CSS for Mobile browsers”.

    Note, you can find here various examples of CSS codes for mobile.
    See section 5 for example.
