• Hello, I am using Caldera forms on my site’s 404 error page. I have created a simple form that allows the user to report what they were doing before they got the error.

I am including it on the page via a widget.

The form is showing up fine, but the style is all missing. When I move the widget to a different page, all the styles are back to normal.

I looked in the source code, and did a search for “caldera”, and found that the css and javascript files are missing from the header of the 404 page.

When I do the same search on other pages of the site, I see 3 css files and 2 js files related to Caldera.

Is caldera missing from the 404 page on purpose? Is there a setting somewhere to change it?

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is interesting. It sounds like the 404 page is preventing the styles from being included.

I’ll do some tests to find the bug and will fix if needed.
