Style.css theme file appearing blank in Appearance > Editor

  • Hello,

    I’m having a problem with a website of my client, the default stylesheet of the theme is appearing in blank when I enter in Appearance > Editor, I’ve already checked through FTP and the file is there and it has all the contents, but in the administration panel its all blank, it seems the file has nothing in it.

    I’ve just got it.

    The problem was, by some way that I don’t know, the codification of the file, when I changed the codification from ANSI to UTF-8 w/o BOM, the file was still not appearing, and then I’ve converted the file back to ANSI and then it just appeared, then I’ve converted it back to UTF-8 w/o BOM and there it is, it still appearing with no problem.
    I hope it helps someone with the same problem.
