Style.css is the only file that cannot be compressed – why?

  • Hello, my server is using compression.
    In pagespeed insights all the files and fine and well compressed. Theme files and other plugins files.

    The only file that cannot be compressed is contact-form-7/includes/css/styles.css?ver=3.7.2

    Question 1:
    Any idea why this is happening and how to resolve this issue?

    Question 2:
    Why you are loading this file also in places where there is no contact form? Isn’t it possible to get this file only if there is a shortcode calling the contact form?
