style switcher step by step

with the help of Herby007, i am able to do get started with css editing and server side scripts. (thank you) now i want to use a style switcher from alex king which seems to be the most popular in here. anyone here would like to offer me a step by step lessons for a newbie like me? i have follow the instructions in read me but as usual i am lost ??
